RETURN POLICY - ONLINE RETURNS
Click the "START RETURN" button to initiate the return process for the products in your order.
Start Return Follow below instructions if you wish to return (part of) your order :
Article(s) can only be returned within 14 days after receipt. 
Print the return form and include it inside your return parcel.
The item you wish to return is undamaged and has not been worn or washed. 
The original labels are still attached to the item. EASY RETURNS
Pick-up of your return parcel at home or drop off at a service point.
STEP 1.

STEP 2.
Print all the required documents, affix your shipping label to your parcel and prepare your parcel for shipping. Please make sure you include your return document in the parcel. Returns without return form will unfortunately not be accepted.
STEP 3.
Drop off your package at a service point or schedule a pick-up.

- To return your order, please log into your account. If you do not have an account, click the "START RETURN" button to initiate the return process for the products in your order.
- Print all the required documents and prepare your parcel for shipping. Please make sure you include your return document in the parcel. Returns without return form will unfortunately not be accepted.

- Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. Please note that when you choose to return your parcel at your own expense, REPEAT cashmere cannot accept any responsibility or liability for those parcels. Also, REPEAT will not reimburse any shipping charges and/or import duties incurred for these shipments. For easier follow-up, we suggest that you keep a record of the tracking details of your return shipment for your records.
- You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
